Let's roll out some more cross gens. Tangby is the prevo of Tangela which unearths it's appearance before it's vines grow. The concept was that of babies with their hair just starting to grow.
Tangby and it's evolutions are the version counterparts to Carnaw and it's evolutions. Tangby is exclusive to Pokémon Solar.
