Story: After visiting the shrine in Bela City, the player is told that an important item that had been stored there, the Bronze/Cobalt Horn, went missing a few months ago, putting the player's quest to a halt.

Meanwhile, the player's rival, Quill, suspects something is wrong with his father, who is acting increasingly distant.

Lisa is the head waitress at The Golden Gyarados, an opulent and expensive restaurant in Nero City. It is a popular place to dine for many of the region's most influential and wealthy businessmen. As such, Lisa overhears many discussions and learns secrets from the corporate elite.

She is very professional, and will refuse to divulge information to people so easily. The player may visit the restaurant after hours and battle her in exchange for information on Quill's father.
